β Return Eligibility
You can request a return within 7β14 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
- You received the wrong, damaged, or defective product
- The item is eligible for return (some exclusions apply β see below)
β Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Opened or used personal care or hygiene products
- Perishable items or food-related products
- Custom or special-order items
- Clearance or final sale items (unless damaged or defective)
π How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number, a brief reason, and any relevant photos (if applicable).
- Weβll guide you through the return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed.
π³ Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5β7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
π Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
π¦ Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and weβll make it right β either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
